Thanks for the reply. I have tried spraying in the past and made a bit of a c... of it. I have done all the primer so just looking for someone who knows what they are doing to finish it. Also with the spray paint these days can be a bit nasty so not sure if I want to get involved in that... Many tha...

As BMC points out be careful with the big end bolt you use as a replacement. One of the engines I just rebuilt had a 'mix and match' set of bolts which must have done wonders for the engine balance Thanks for that ! They are all 3/8" x 24 UNF on the ones I have and I will put a mic on the loca...

Thanks for that. The levers do not appear to have any damage but I have not closely examined them. I was going to replace the clutch anyway. If there is excessive wear on the thrusts would you not feel that ?

Just pulled the engine out thinking I may have a crank thrust issue as I could feel the vibration through my foot !
