thanks twincamman. sorry bm i probably didnt explain that very well. yeah im setting up an escort diff and was measuring from a series 2 diff and wasnt sure it would fit a later model morris minor. i decided my car was too rusty so i stripped and waiting to get something else,

ruined two kingpins undoing the bottom trunions with the pins still in. they are called swivel pins in the manual btw. i coudnt get the pins out and assumed the theads were bent or siezed, then relized the thread was strinping . i had to hold it in a vice to undo it with large wrench.. duh pretty st...
