i have just found my dampener loose due to the bolt sheering from the car body due to rust i guess,can anyone tell me is it dangerous to drive the car now till i get it welded,thanks

can anybody tell me if it is dangerous to drive my morris minor with the bolt that holds the dampener to the body has sheared away due to rust and needs to be welded back on, is it okay to drive it in this condition, any advice would be appreciated,
