Re: Water pump gasket
yep, i used a dark blue silicon bypass hose replacement from ESM, oh if that bearing's gone, water will drip out of there, happened to mine. you can go so far just topping it up then eventually the whole thing will burst somewhere due to the pressure.

Re: Water pump by-pass question
didn't think there were any minors in cal. where how did you get it. I would say keep the hose, in case anything sticks its a fail safe. with no temp gauge as standard its needed. anyone know why they put a large rubber gasket on carbs on pit bikes. ?

Re: diff oil change
but bmc, you could tipp ex pen the old dizzy with dogleg to the edge and then you would know exactly where to put it if you needed it again? that's my point. sure the new one would need setting up the way you mentioned. :D or put a wooden coffee stirrer in plug one, when it's near the top, you shoul...

Re: diff oil change
so basically, every sixty pounds of fuel, you're getting a free gallon. i will probably add one, you can always add a tipp ex mark to the distributor and the edge before you take the old one off.

diff oil change
breaker bar. popped the plugs open. drained the stuff. there was oil in there. it was dark and swirly. a bit gritty. didn't like squirting the new ep90 in. nipped up the plugs hand tight with a small ratchet. runs even quieter and smoother now.

Re: oil filter bowl (Old one) assembly tips

I took it off and put the right o ring on. I took out the rotor arm and disconnected the coil output. span it up w...
